General terms and conditions

Check In / Check out
Check in from 15.00 - 19.00
Check out by 11.00 at the latest
Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive later than 19:00.

Rates
All mentioned rates include VAT.

Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (including card number, cardholder name and expiry date).

Cancellations
Rooms may be cancelled in writing (by email or fax) without charge up to 7 days in advance.
For rooms cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
For departures at short notice, rooms must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full room rate for the next night will be charged.
In the event of no shows without prior cancellation, the first night will be charged. Your credit card information guarantees the room reservation until 19:00.

Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to these terms and conditions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Interlaken, Canton Bern.
